Distribution Systems Analyst (Logistics)

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide frontline support for distribution systems, onboard computer interfaces, and related applications, including occasional off-hours and weekend support.
• Develop and maintain distribution KPIs, scorecards, data checks, and system maintenance activities.
• Drive process improvements across logistics and distribution operations.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, test script creation, integration, performance testing, and UAT.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to implement system updates and resolve performance issues.
• Train and coach planners and logistics leadership, including support for change management and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, service, or distribution environment.
• Functional knowledge of vendor-managed inventory, customer service, and demand or supply planning.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, mobile applications, or Power BI.
• Experience writing and deploying Google Apps Script scripts and working with API integrations and interfaces between programs.
• Strong experience designing and executing functional testing and UAT, plus experience with planning or optimization software.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, coordination, critical-thinking, change-management, and training skills; a four-year business degree is required, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
