TL;DR
Senior Systems Analyst (Financial Systems): Leading functional support and system enhancements for Momentum, G-Invoicing, and IPP across federal financial modules with an accent on requirements analysis, UAT, integrations, and financial reconciliations. Focus on troubleshooting complex system interfaces, validating transactions and workflows, coordinating cross-functional resolution, and maintaining compliance with federal accounting and FFMIA standards.
Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC, with onsite work 2–3 days per week. Work location may change based on client requirements. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.
Salary: $77,000–$125,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead functional support for Momentum, G-Invoicing, and IPP across budget execution, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger modules.
- Act as the liaison between business owners, technical teams, and leadership for financial system initiatives.
- Gather requirements, prepare BRD and FRD documentation, and map end-to-end processes for enhancements and new functionality.
- Plan and manage UAT, including test scripts, tester coordination, defect reviews, release validation, and post-deployment checks.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot Momentum–G-Invoicing integrations and IPP workflows, and guide corrective actions.
- Validate transactions, interfaces, reconciliations, vendor onboarding, invoice routing, configuration changes, and defect repositories while mentoring analysts and briefing leadership.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience supporting financial systems, data analytics, and systems migration.
- Knowledge of federal accounting and FFMIA compliance standards.
- Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Washington, DC.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
