Systems Analyst I (CRM/ERP)

Location: Draper, Utah, United States; onsite

Salary: $73,338–$88,894 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, implement, support, and maintain CRM, ERP, and financial applications and their integrations.
• Provide end-to-end systems support for property operations, scheduling, vendors, and inventory management.
• Monitor support queues, service-level agreements, application availability, and system performance.
• Investigate escalated issues and outages, applying problem management strategies and coordinating technical resolutions.
• Support change management by creating and executing test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
• Create standard operating procedures, policies, knowledge base content, and application documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in business systems, application analysis, applications support, or a related area.
• Novice-level troubleshooting and solutioning experience.
• Novice-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, or a similar CRM platform.
• Novice-level experience supporting public cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or a related field preferred.
