Procurement Systems Analyst

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration and operations of Coupa and other procurement applications, including user profiles, security, catalogs, pricing, and IT data interfaces.
• Design and maintain approval workflows for purchase orders across users and spend categories, assessing downstream operational impacts.
• Review, approve, expedite, and troubleshoot purchase orders while coordinating with sourcing staff, suppliers, and management.
• Coordinate onboarding, tracking, and reporting for new suppliers, spend categories, and users with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop procurement systems documentation and deliver training and technical support to end users and super users.
• Analyze workflow enhancements, support process changes, manage inventory and open-order information, and load supply agreements into the contract management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
• Procurement or supply chain management systems experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Business process analysis, project and process management, quantitative analysis, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide customer service and user support, communicate effectively, work independently, and collaborate with teams.
