Systems Analyst (ERP)

Salary: $103,300–$177,700 per year

What you will do

• Design system specifications, standards, programming approaches, and implementation solutions.
• Support daily production operations by responding to incidents and restoring application performance.
• Fix and stabilize applications through system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation activities.
• Build technical designs aligned with Technical Architect development standards.
• Evaluate business requirements, problem definitions, solution feasibility, and operational readiness.
• Guide development teams through software development lifecycles while communicating project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Seven or more years of experience in software development, information technology, or a related area.
• Experience with software design principles, object-oriented programming, functional specifications, and information system implementation or change efforts.
• SQL database query skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience with programming languages, operating systems, and web-based applications such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Some positions may require applicants to qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR or EAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of experience with Infor XA or Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP applications.
• At least one year of prior lead experience.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or another formal project methodology and SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of Infor IDF architecture and experience with Power Link, Net Link, System Link, or ION integration tools.
