Scheduler (Infrastructure)

Location: Hubbard, Texas; project-based onsite assignments with up to 50% travel required

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules through planning, preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish work breakdown structures, sequencing strategies, schedule logic, milestones, and baseline schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and customers to validate schedules and execution plans.
• Monitor progress, perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, and identify delays, risks, and recovery opportunities.
• Support forecasting, look-ahead planning, resource planning, commissioning, turnover, and milestone achievement.
• Prepare schedule updates, executive dashboards, progress reports, and project performance analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience scheduling data center, industrial, mission-critical, infrastructure, EPC, or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, procurement workflows, commissioning, resource planning, project execution, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; ability to perform critical path analysis, earned value evaluations, forecasting, and progress assessments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholder groups.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel up to 50% and support onsite project assignments are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with pull planning, Lean Construction methodologies, and schedule risk analysis.
• Knowledge of cost management and construction operations.
• PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or similar industry certification.
