Senior Scheduler (Construction Project Scheduling): Planning, preparing, monitoring, and maintaining fully loaded schedules for underground cable and infrastructure projects with an accent on forecasting, execution planning, and detailed project controls. Focus on coordinating with project teams, supporting informed decision-making, and managing schedules for projects involving power transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and communication networks.
Location: Various offices in Garden City, Idaho; Houston and Itasca, Texas; Kansas City, Missouri; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Missoula, Montana; or Topeka, Kansas. Full-time with up to 25% travel required.

What you will do
- Plan and prepare fully loaded project schedules.
- Monitor and maintain schedules to support project goals and defined parameters.
- Collaborate with project teams on accurate forecasting and efficient execution.
- Provide scheduling information that supports informed project decision-making.
- Apply critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail to project controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license for the types of vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
