Project Scheduler II

Location: Jefferson, Wisconsin, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update summary-level and detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and align project plans with goals.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports covering critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and forecasting.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in AEC or life sciences industries.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Familiarity with Lean Construction or Integrated Project Delivery methodologies.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification.
