Maintenance Technician (Facilities and Fleet)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States

Salary: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

hirify.global is recruiting for a maintenance role supporting hospital, healthcare, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical operations.

What you will do

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on buildings, parking lots, roofs, grounds, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues, complete minor plumbing repairs, and repair lighting fixtures.
• Complete work orders, document repairs, and coordinate with outside vendors for specialized work such as HVAC repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on company fleet vehicles and maintain service records.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, coordinate outside repairs, and drive company vans and diesel coaches to repair facilities.
• Help keep facilities and fleet vehicles safe, reliable, and operational.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes endorsement and ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Experience with general building maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Fleet maintenance experience.
• Experience with commercial vehicles, buses, diesel equipment, or trailers.
• Healthcare, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance experience.
