Maintenance Technician

Location: Onsite in Aromas, California, United States. Swing shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Salary: $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience, plus a 6% shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utility systems, facility systems, and supporting equipment.
• Diagnose and repair conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, presses, kilns, automated systems, mobile equipment, and pumps.
• Maintain building fixtures and perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Adjust equipment components, dismantle devices, replace defective parts, and use hand and power tools.
• Document completed work, preventive maintenance activities, and work requests accurately and on time.
• Follow safety standards, use required PPE, and apply Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience or technical training, plus a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, with basic plumbing and electrical skills, including wiring three-phase motors.
• Proficiency in MIG welding; ability to interpret and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, operate safely in environments with varying temperatures, dust, and chemicals, and wear PPE.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, a valid driver's license, and personal basic tools are required.

Nice to have

• TIG welding experience.
• Facilities maintenance experience.
