Facility Technician (HVAC)

Location: On-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Minimum travel is required.

Salary: $18.00–$30.22 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

What you will do

• Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall and plaster repair, basic plumbing, office furniture installation, and workspace reconfiguration.
• Maintain security devices, doors, toilet accessories, dispensers, window blinds, and other facility equipment.
• Support office relocations, space allocations, facility assessments, and emergency maintenance response.
• Complete equipment maintenance checklists, scheduled maintenance records, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal and maintain company vehicles.
• Test and document fire systems while serving as a primary contact for facility security matters.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant facility or mechanical equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience with carpentry repairs, office furniture installation, basic plumbing, and painting.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Two-year associate degree in construction or maintenance.
