Maintenance Technician (30018)

Location: Castle Rock, Colorado, USA; onsite property maintenance role. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; on-call duties required.

Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacated apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces, and perform manual repairs to locks, windows, doors, and related mechanisms.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document work performed and materials procured while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and building devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• High school diploma.

Nice to have

• HVAC certification.
• Additional relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
