Maintenance Technician (30021)

Location: Loveland, Colorado, USA. On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; on-call availability required.

Salary: $21–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacated apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems in line with health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locking, door, and access-control systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces, and perform general manual repairs.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document work performance and material procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and building devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong time-management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
