Channel Leader of Graphics Market, Monterrey

Location: Remote, based in Monterrey, Mexico; customer visits required, with up to 50% domestic travel. The position is associated with Mexico City and Monterrey.

What you will do

• Develop and execute channel strategies that drive distributor growth, sales performance, and market share.
• Identify business opportunities and convert them into actionable plans with channel partners.
• Monitor sales, sell-in/sell-out, market coverage, and inventory indicators.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives across assigned channels.
• Strengthen relationships with distribution partners and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution channel management, or business development.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Ability to work remotely from Monterrey while visiting customers.
