TL;DR
Digital Delivery Specialist (Retail Technology): Supporting digital retail and store technology initiatives across POS, loyalty, payments, fuel operations, pricing, promotions, inventory, reporting, and back-office systems with an accent on requirements analysis, business validation, and deployment readiness. Focus on coordinating UAT, regression and end-to-end testing, managing defects, supporting store cutovers, and stabilizing solutions after go-live.
Location: Louisville, KY or Chicago, IL, United States
What you will do
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Support, Field teams, and vendors to deliver retail technology initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Support POS, loyalty, payments, fuel operations, pricing, promotions, inventory, reporting, and back-office systems.
- Perform functional analysis across GK, PDI, Verifone, and integrated retail platforms.
- Lead UAT, regression, end-to-end testing, defect management, and business readiness activities.
- Support pilots, production deployments, store cutovers, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, retail technology, POS, store operations, digital transformation, or downstream retail programs.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, business process design, testing, deployment readiness, and change management.
- Experience supporting POS, loyalty, payments, retail operations, and/or back-office platforms.
- Strong knowledge of UAT, regression, end-to-end, and operational testing.
- Ability to coordinate across business, technology, QA, vendors, support, and field teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify and escalate risks.
Nice to have
- Experience with GK, PDI, or Verifone.
