Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) (Primary Care & Urgent Care)

Location: Jacksonville, North Carolina, United States; outpatient, in-person setting

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 per year

hirify.global is hiring for an established and growing outpatient primary care and urgent care practice.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and urgent care services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform physicals, wellness visits, and preventive health screenings.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within the scope of practice.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Educate patients, maintain electronic medical records, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active North Carolina NP or PA license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
• DEA registration, or ability to obtain it.
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient care skills.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, or urgent care.
• DOT Medical Examiner Certification; training is provided if needed.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
