Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Pay range: $120,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clients through a personalized care model.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current board certification: ANCC or AANP for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is strongly preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Spanish fluency is preferred for regular interaction with Spanish-speaking customers.
