Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Pico Rivera

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits.
• Work autonomously while focusing on patient outcomes rather than production or billing volume.
• Collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for Physician Assistants.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Full Practice Authority is strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
