What you will do

• Serve as the CEO's thought partner on strategy, prioritization, and major company decisions.
• Run OKRs and the planning cadence while tracking execution and follow-through.
• Lead complex cross-functional special projects from analysis through launch, including new payers, markets, and service lines.
• Prepare board materials and investor updates, support metrics and company narrative, and assist with fundraising.
• Drive hiring execution for senior and clinical roles and coordinate onboarding.
• Own meeting cadence, decision tracking, partner representation, and industry-event participation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, banking, or strategy and business operations at a high-growth startup; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work across spreadsheets and board presentations.
• Excellent writing and stakeholder communication skills with investors, clinicians, executives, and operators.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, context-switching, and high-ownership environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and commitment to LGBTQ+ health equity.

• Experience launching ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from zero to one.
• Deep interest in improving access to affirming, insurance-covered mental health care for LGBTQ+ people.
• Track record of earning trust with executives, investors, and operators.
