What you will do

• Own and deliver CEO-level special projects end-to-end, from scoping to execution.
• Drive strategic GTM bets and partnerships by coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Lead critical executive hiring processes, including sourcing, mapping the market, and filtering candidates.
• Operate with founder-level ownership to clear blockers and maintain momentum across the business.
• Act as a cross-functional partner to the CEO, gaining deep exposure to scaling a high-growth SaaS business.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York and able to work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• 4–10 years of experience in high-growth companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in BizOps, BD, or GM-style leadership roles.
• Exceptional commercial judgment and ability to turn strategy into action with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft CEO-grade narratives and board-level materials.
