Strategy & Operations Generalist (AI)

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning product, research, and business operations.
• Build scalable processes that help the organization move faster as it grows.
• Partner with founders and leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Own special projects across market analysis, automation, partnerships, operations, and finance.
• Develop insights and frameworks to guide company-wide decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks and unlock growth across the organization.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy or operations at an early-stage startup, or consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
• Autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Deep interest in AI strategy and the AI market.
