What you will do

• Drive and execute high-priority cross-functional initiatives spanning product, research, and business operations.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to enable rapid company growth.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and operational execution.
• Own and manage special projects including market analysis, partnerships, automation, and finance.
• Develop analytical frameworks and insights to guide company-wide decision-making.
• Serve as a strategic force multiplier by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in strategy or operations at an early-stage startup or top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a distinct bias toward action.
• Autonomous working style with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
• High level of adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Deep personal interest in AI, AI strategies, and market dynamics.
