Business Technology Solutions Manager (Scaled AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid work model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year, plus potential cost-of-living adjustments, leave policies, bonus incentives, relocation benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits.

What you will do

• Lead teams building large-scale AI applications with GenAI, Agentic AI, and Classical AI models.
• Advise clients on business and technical challenges related to scaling and operationalizing AI.
• Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders and support new client business development.
• Develop thought leadership on AI and technology trends and drive AI scaling initiatives with global partners.
• Lead hiring and mentor technical talent while managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with R&D teams to bring advanced technology implementations to market through focused go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, data science, and AI-driven SaaS product life cycles.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Dataiku, and Databricks, plus experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
• Experience with SDLC practices, production releases, cloud/AI/data business development, Agile project planning, and project management.
• Team management, talent development, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
