What you will do
- Translate the Access & Use Evidence Generation strategy into scalable operating models, business processes, governance, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Own the AUGment platform and oversee its enhancement roadmap in partnership with Digital Technology & Innovation, Artificial Intelligence & Data, Medical Data & Analytics, and functional stakeholders.
- Lead business requirements, process design, user acceptance testing, deployment, organizational adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define data strategy, reporting frameworks, data governance, KPIs, executive dashboards, and actionable portfolio insights.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business capabilities and performance.
- Lead a matrixed team supporting operations, reporting, platform administration, and business services while managing risks and developing team members.
Requirements
- Doctorate plus 2 years, master’s degree plus 6 years, bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, associate’s degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of business performance and digital enablement experience.
- At least 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience directing teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of business operations, digital enablement, technology implementation, business transformation, data, and AI capabilities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments, including Medical Affairs, evidence generation, drug development, commercialization, or the healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations and managing business operations, budgets, vendors, or external partners.
- Knowledge of GxP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and validated business processes.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a business owner or platform owner for enterprise technology platforms.
- Experience integrating business, technology, data, and AI to deliver measurable outcomes.
