What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple utility service projects.
• Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project execution.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to support timely project delivery.
• Mentor and guide project teams to support professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of operations management experience in the electric utility industry.
• Experience leading and managing large-scale utility projects.
• Strong understanding of transmission, substation, and distribution systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
