TL;DR
District Manager, Services (Travel Required - TX, CO, UT, CA) (Solar Infrastructure Operations): Managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, fiscal, and administrative functions across a portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects with an accent on safety, service quality, compliance, and team leadership. Focus on developing operational forecasts, KPI reporting systems, process improvements, and coordinated support for site outages across multiple US states.

Location: Full-time on jobsites in Texas, Colorado, Utah, and California; 30% travel required, with overnight stays possible for planned and forced site outages.

Compensation: $119,025.00–$142,830.00 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, fiscal, and administrative activities across an assigned O&M project district.
  • Lead Regional and Level 4 Leads, ensuring work is delivered on schedule and to a high-quality standard.
  • Maintain safety compliance and accountability for personnel, equipment, and site practices.
  • Develop operational forecasts, strategic objectives, metrics, and KPI reporting through business intelligence platforms.
  • Oversee technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies supporting project operations.
  • Improve processes and operational systems, coordinate new initiatives and technologies, and collaborate with EPC management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to make significant independent judgments and turn strategic vision into executable plans.
  • Ability to travel 30% and support planned and forced site outages, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license that can be maintained throughout employment.
  • A college degree in a related management field is preferred; experience in a diverse, multidisciplinary employee-owned company is required.
