Software Engineer, Agent Intern (AI)

hirify.global builds an AI platform that helps companies create human customer experiences through production AI agents.

What you will do

• Work directly on production AI agents for hirify.global’s customers.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents.
• Ship features for real-world customer use cases at scale.
• Apply technical problem-solving to fast-changing and ambiguous challenges.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to find creative solutions and ship work.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• The program is open to students graduating from December 2027 through June 2028.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, or Go.
