Salary: $83,000–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build internal and external AI systems used across hiring, sales, operations, and company scaling.
• Develop production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems.
• Ship software to production and own high-impact projects from the start.
• Collaborate directly with founders and experienced engineers on product, engineering, go-to-market, operations, and AI initiatives.
• Build AI solutions and integrations for enterprise customers as a customer-facing technical advisor.
• Develop internal tooling, infrastructure, and automations that help the company scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Degree must already be completed; current bachelor’s or master’s students are not being considered.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Demonstrated engineering ability through internships, research, startup experience, or significant personal projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Redwood City, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Two or more software engineering internships involving real software development.
• Experience with backend development, APIs, AI tooling, or full-stack applications.
• Experience building production software through internships, research, startups, or personal projects.
