Software Engineer (AI/Agents)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and ship production AI agents that are core to the product experience.
• Build end-to-end product features across the TypeScript, Node.js, and React stack.
• Apply ML and AI judgment to determine where agents add value and how to make them reliable in production.
• Own ambiguous problems and help advance the company’s agent and production ML systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on ML experience and/or experience building and shipping production AI agents.
• Experience with non-trivial agent design, evaluations, and reliability at scale.
• Strong TypeScript experience.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent frameworks.
• Node.js and React experience.
• Forward-deployed engineering experience and comfort working directly with customers.
• 3–5+ years of professional development experience.
• Based in San Francisco.
