Senior Analyst, Replenishment – Lowe’s BDT (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Design and execute data-driven demand replenishment strategies aligned with sales, GMROI, inventory turns, service levels, and working capital targets.
• Manage seasonal demand curves, including pre-season inventory ramps, mid-season adjustments, and end-of-season exit strategies.
• Monitor store and distribution center inventory, Weeks of Supply, fill rates, in-stock performance, and vendor compliance.
• Partner with Lowe’s Inventory Planning and Replenishment teams and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning.
• Lead the Ready for Season process for seasonal resets, new product introductions, line reviews, and item master setups.
• Resolve fulfillment bottlenecks and coordinate modular, display pallet, and off-shelf placement execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Progressive experience in replenishment planning, demand planning, or inventory control within CPG manufacturing or retail.
• Experience managing highly seasonal, weather-impacted products or peak-season promotional surges in big-box retail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and automated reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and retail analytics systems, such as SAP, Lowe’s Vendor Gateway, or POS data platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Lowe’s supply chain operations or large-format home improvement and mass retailers.
• Working familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, SQL, or Access databases.
