Staff Demand Supply Analyst (Customer Operations)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $87,375–$128,150 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive operational readiness for new product introductions by establishing program plans, identifying risks, and executing mitigation strategies.
• Own end-to-end supply and demand management for multiple components across inventory, cost, service levels, and supply continuity.
• Coordinate manufacturing, product development, supply chain, procurement, engineering, logistics, suppliers, and customers during prototype builds and product launches.
• Plan and manage material readiness, including supplier coordination, delivery tracking, and incoming material quality validation.
• Monitor materials-clear-to-build status, inventory, allocation priorities, and supply risks through development and production ramp-up.
• Analyze demand patterns and operational processes to develop data-driven recommendations and resolve complex cross-organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, data analytics, data systems, or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of forecasting, procurement, business operations, and material management.
• Strong spreadsheet, modeling, and visualization skills using Excel, Python, and Tableau.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly in a fast-changing environment.
• Some positions may require U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility for an export control license.
