Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Planning

Location: Hybrid role based at one of the following US locations: Marlborough, Massachusetts; El Paso, Texas; Dallas, Texas; or Arlington, Tennessee. In-office collaboration is required Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work available Monday and Friday.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually in Massachusetts, plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary by location, experience, skills, and performance.

What you will do

• Design, support, and optimize demand and supply planning processes and systems across the business.
• Configure and maintain O9 Demand and Supply Planning modules, Oracle ASCP, ERP interfaces, master data, and planning hierarchies.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, supply plan adherence, inventory health, seasonality, promotion uplift, and new product introductions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using O9, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools for S&OP and IBP cycles.
• Support constrained supply planning, network optimization, inventory deployment, product lifecycle management, and planning segmentation.
• Drive O9 implementation and enhancement initiatives, ERP modernization, testing, functional design, automation, and alignment between business, IT, and data teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information technology, business administration with supply chain and IT/analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with supply chain planning systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring O9 Solutions, working with Oracle ASCP, and integrating ERP and planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical and consensus demand planning, constrained and network supply planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20–25% and attend early or late calls with EMEA and APAC teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products environments with high SKU proliferation and promotion-driven demand.
• Experience with Power BI, advanced analytics, or SQL.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or an equivalent certification.
