Warehouse Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, USA; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday–Wednesday and remote work available Thursday–Friday.

What you will do

• Process and validate logistics and warehousing invoices against contracts, rate cards, accessorial schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, resolve vendor exceptions, and coordinate with Logistics and Finance teams.
• Prepare logistics accruals and support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile quality-hold inventory with warehouse management system reports and maintain records for product disposition.
• Develop KPI reports, dashboards, operational metrics, and reporting automation for warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and quality.
• Support audits, inventory controls, SOPs, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, accounting, business analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and ability to investigate discrepancies independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, data reconciliation, and large dataset analysis.
• Effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory governance, quality reporting, product disposition, ERP, transportation management, or invoice processing systems is preferred.
