Account Manager I - WCC Title Loans (Collections)

Location: On-site in Las Vegas, Nevada; candidates must live within commuting distance of the office.

Salary: $19.50 per hour plus performance-based bonus potential. Additional department incentives may range from $100 to $750.

hirify.global is a privately held automotive finance company specializing in the acquisition and servicing of prime, sub-prime, and non-prime automotive retail installment contracts.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for accounts that are at least 31 days past due.
• Negotiate payment solutions and timely arrangements to reduce delinquency and prevent loan losses.
• Maintain accurate notes and records of customer communications and account actions.
• Use skip-tracing activities to identify customers or collateral and submit accounts for repossession review.
• Communicate with customers, management, and team members while resolving concerns and complaints.
• Meet quality, productivity, confidentiality, and performance standards in a high-volume call environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of consumer collections experience in a high-volume, auto-dialer environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of collections and repossession processes; automotive collections experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal collections laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Good computer, typing, web navigation, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook skills; willingness to work flexible schedules, overtime, and weekends.
