Loan Sales Specialist (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Manage customer interactions throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Present tailored financing solutions based on customer needs.
• Handle loan lifecycle activities, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Support individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, California.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
