What you will do

• Manage total loss insurance reconciliations and act as a liaison between the company, customers, and insurance carriers.
• Handle deceased customer accounts with professionalism and empathy, ensuring all legal documentation is obtained.
• Support the delinquency and workout team to explore alternatives to prevent account charge-offs or repossessions.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and impound lots regarding seized or impounded collateral.
• Process charge-off eligibility and assign accounts to skip tracing vendors.
• Maintain full compliance with federal and state laws relating to collections, account servicing, and privacy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (some college coursework preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within auto finance collections or servicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Must be compliant with US federal and state laws.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience with insurance claims, total loss processing, or estate account servicing.
