Collections Rep (Insurance Finance)

Location: Rosemont, IL; onsite

Salary: $20.19–$26.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage a regional or specialty premium finance portfolio and oversee loan servicing activities.
• Process service requests, investigate discrepancies, document communications, and update loans in the loan management system.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor daily reports while prioritizing tasks to maintain portfolio performance.
• Contact insurance carriers and general agents to confirm cancellations, obtain return premium amounts, and follow up on outstanding funds.
• Communicate delinquent payment information by phone and email to help prevent loan or policy cancellations and reduce aging.
• Build effective relationships with borrowers, insurance agents, general agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of collections experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability to work onsite in Rosemont, Illinois.
