Healthcare Consulting Senior Director - Business Transformation (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is required, with current Healthcare practice travel averaging less than 50% annually.

Salary: $215,000–$265,000 base annually, with estimated total compensation of $268,750–$350,750 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multifaceted healthcare consulting engagements as the accountable engagement leader.
• Architect solutions for complex client business needs across Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and Philanthropy.
• Drive ERP-enabled process redesign and operating model transformation across HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Develop new business opportunities, design client solutions, present to executives, negotiate, and close contracts.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgets, revenue forecasting, margins, invoicing, and billing.
• Lead large teams through team design, coaching, mentoring, culture building, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience across multiple healthcare business services.
• Experience directly supervising individuals and large, complex teams, including manager- and director-level staff.
• Proven change management, analytical, critical-thinking, executive communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
