Director Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel 81–100% within the United States

Salary: $141,000–$234,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead healthcare advisory engagements and deliver performance-improvement results for clients.
• Direct data analyses, interpret findings, develop recommendations, and oversee client presentations and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, project resources, budgets, expenses, profitability, risks, issues, and project logistics.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop consulting staff while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities and support sales calls, RFP responses, orals, and statements of work.
• Participate in practice development, annual training, and development of training materials.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to lead work groups, cross-functional teams, client interviews, presentations, and project delivery.
• Experience overseeing analytics, quality-assuring deliverables, mentoring staff, and communicating recommendations to clients.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel 81–100% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in health systems finance, clinical or operational healthcare, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving experience.
• Master’s degree, RN or another relevant professional license, PMP certification, or Lean certification.
