Senior Director Advisory Services, Clinical Integrity (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US.

Salary: $164,000–$305,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage a book of business across multiple customers with $5 million or more in sales and revenue.
• Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects and large engagements of up to $250,000 or more.
• Lead engagements and provide deep clinical and technical expertise to influence client decisions.
• Manage service-line performance, including offerings, sales, business development, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain appropriate staff utilization and engagement margins while growing the broader hirify.global portfolio.
• Provide clinical and technical oversight for staff developing engagements, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with sales, client management, consulting projects, presentations, and building client relationships.
• Ability to manage fiscal responsibility, make independent decisions, adapt priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain frequent day-to-day contact with others.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and operate computer programs and software.

• Master’s degree.
