Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States; on-site. Candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined in the posting. Due to national security requirements, candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.
Salary: $148,000–$190,000 annually, inclusive of bonus target.

What you will do
- Lead schedules, budgets, dashboards, resource plans, and work plans for multidisciplinary hardware R&D and facilities engineering programs.
- Drive on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery through project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
- Coordinate technical and operational teams across multiple locations and serve as the primary integration point.
- Lead status, project, milestone, and retrospective reviews while communicating progress, risks, scope changes, and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define requirements, evaluate new technology efforts, and identify opportunities to accelerate schedules.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, engineering drawings, test plans, and results while supporting supply chain development and business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of milestone-driven technical program management experience, including delivery of R&D hardware, facilities, construction, or site operations.
- Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or worker granted asylum or refugee status.
- Must meet national security nationality restrictions for this position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working in complex engineering environments.
- Experience managing schedules, risks, budgets, milestones, technical documentation, and full project lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a STEM field.
- Experience with first-of-a-kind projects, facilities projects, site expansions, construction, or workplace transformation.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Waterfall, Lean, Agile, or Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, MS365, and Smartsheet.
