Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Location: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA; primarily on-site with travel to client sites as required. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but client requirements take precedence.

Salary: $80,000–$400,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead project teams through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage CLM consulting and technology projects involving organization, process, and strategy reviews.
• Facilitate client workshops and lead meetings with stakeholders at executive levels.
• Provide project status updates and manage plans, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Develop mitigation strategies and support successful project implementation.
• Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project management experience, including experience with a large consulting company.
• 3+ years managing process, organization, strategy, SDLC, or implementation-based projects.
• At least one Contract Lifecycle Management implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading client-facing requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review sessions.
• Experience building project plans, reporting status, and working with Agile or Scrum methods.

Nice to have

• Media and Entertainment industry experience.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
