Intern - Supply Chain (SAP)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite

What you will do

• Support SAP implementation through navigation training, process documentation, data migration, master data maintenance, and system configuration activities.
• Execute supply chain and procurement test cases, participate in user acceptance testing, and document issues and findings.
• Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor quotes, vendor onboarding, and procurement documentation.
• Process stock movements, maintain inventory records, monitor inventory levels, and support reorder point management.
• Prepare inventory reports and analysis, identify excess or obsolete inventory, and support supply chain process improvements.
• Support company environmental, health, and safety policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Materials Management, or a related program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to organize and manage data and processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, solve problems, make timely decisions, and work independently.
• The internship lasts approximately 8 months.

• Knowledge of food or pharmaceutical environments.
