What you will do
- Assist with inventory monitoring, forecasting, replenishment, demand planning, and production scheduling.
- Support procurement and purchasing activities, including purchase order tracking.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to support timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and master data.
- Support supply chain projects focused on cost reduction, service improvement, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, interpret instructions, and respond with appropriate urgency.
- Proactive approach to learning and willingness to gain industry experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, or other data analysis tools.
