What you will do
- Analyze inventory statistics, historical data, reports, and purchasing trends to identify fast- and slow-moving products.
- Configure replenishment parameters, item master data, SKU records, minimum and maximum stock levels, and supplier information.
- Review and validate weekly inventory purchase orders before submission.
- Perform inventory analyses, cycle count reviews, and investigations into discrepancies and receiving issues.
- Prepare inventory reports covering stock levels, variances, and key performance metrics.
- Support Buyers and Warehouse personnel, present inventory statistics to management, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and programming tools.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, VBA, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong analytical, computer, and programming skills.
