Vice President - Water/Wastewater

Location: Houston, TX, United States

What you will do

• Provide executive leadership for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects from studies and preliminary reports through design, bidding, and construction services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the technical quality and regulatory compliance of engineering deliverables.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and certify plans and documentation as required.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships and coordinate with regulatory agencies on permits and approvals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Support mentoring, proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic business development for the water resources division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in water resources engineering, including team leadership.
• Deep expertise in water and wastewater design.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local water and wastewater regulations.
• Demonstrated success in project execution, client engagement, business development, communication, leadership, and organization.
