NC Water Business Group Project Delivery Leader (Water/Wastewater)

Location: North Carolina Area; occasional travel within the NC / SC area is required

What you will do

• Lead the development and growth of the North Carolina Water Business Group.
• Provide project delivery oversight for scope, schedule, budget, and staffing.
• Serve as Project Manager for key projects with strategic clients.
• Coordinate staff assignments, workshare across business groups and areas, and project reviews.
• Develop strategies for research, planning, design, and engineering services across drinking water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater markets.
• Mentor staff, support recruiting strategy, and streamline project management processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience delivering water and wastewater consulting engineering services.
• Knowledge of project delivery support and hirify.global Quality Management Programs.
• Ability to collaborate with business group, market sector, client management, project management, and technical leadership.
• Master's degree, or 10 or more years of experience delivering consulting engineering services.
• Local candidates are preferred.
