What you will do

• Lead and grow the wastewater treatment team in the Texas Gulf Coast region.
• Develop and implement technical, business development, marketing, and growth strategies with business and project leaders.
• Pursue and secure opportunities with new and existing public and industrial clients.
• Support master planning, wastewater treatment facility design, construction support, nutrient removal, solids handling, and condition assessment projects.
• Manage or support projects as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Design Engineer.
• Mentor, direct, train, and develop technical staff while coordinating services across sections.

Requirements

• Experienced water industry professional with wastewater treatment expertise.
• Experience with project delivery, technical leadership, client development, and marketing proposals or interviews.
• Ability to plan, organize, control, and evaluate work through proactive project management.
• TX PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
