Sr Manager, FP&A - Global Operations (Boston based)

Location: Boston, MA, US

Salary: $124,300–$211,700 annually, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead financial reporting consolidation, analytics, annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and multi-year strategic planning for the COO Finance organization.
• Develop and deliver quarterly financial review packages for the Executive Leadership Team and provide ad hoc decision support.
• Define and execute finance transformation initiatives, including standardized reporting automation, real-time dashboards, analytics, and Oracle Cloud process optimization.
• Lead monthly manufacturing and supply chain performance reviews, communicate with global finance and operations teams, and track follow-up actions.
• Support acquisition integration and divestiture activities, month-end processes, capitalization of manufacturing variances, audits, and accounting requirements.
• Design standardized investment financial models, including metrics, hurdle rates, modeling mechanics, and decision-support processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics required; a master’s degree and CPA certification are preferred.
• At least 8 years of financial analysis and planning experience in multinational companies.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience or familiarity with PowerPoint, Salesforce, Hyperion, Demantra, and Oracle is advantageous.
• Based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
• Expected travel: 10%.
