FP&A; VP Div

What you will do

• Manage and direct divisional FP&A activities in partnership with the CFO and senior leadership.
• Lead financial and strategic analysis for corporate acquisitions and due diligence.
• Review, consolidate, and analyze monthly financial forecasts prepared by Regional Accounting Centers.
• Develop senior management reporting packages with key performance indicators.
• Analyze Hyperion management packs and forecasts, challenge assumptions, and manage Hyperion projects and training materials.
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience.
• Strong background in homebuilding, real estate, or construction.
• Experience with land acquisition analysis, margin optimization, and cost management.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics, ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.

• Experience with Hyperion.
