Service Technician - Surveying Technology (Surveying Technology): Servicing, maintaining, and repairing advanced surveying instruments while supporting dealers, distributors, and customers with technical expertise. with an accent on hands-on troubleshooting, technical training, and equipment performance. Focus on diagnosing complex instrument issues, delivering product knowledge sessions, and supporting an international network of dealers and customers.
Location: Zoetermeer, Netherlands; onsite, full-time, 40 hours per week

What you will do
- Service, maintain, and repair advanced surveying instruments.
- Provide technical support to dealers and distributors.
- Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions.
- Help customers maintain reliable equipment performance.
- Collaborate with an international technical team.
Requirements
- MBO-level or higher education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent field.
- At least two years of experience in technical service or repair.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and technical systems.
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills.
- Experience with Salesforce ERP.
